Be a Mentor: Volunteer with Children in the Galapagos and Change Lives!

Join our care project in the Galapagos Islands and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in local kindergartens. Whether you're an experienced educator or new to childcare, there’s no need to worry. You’ll work alongside local teachers and carers, with our staff available to guide and support you. You’ll also have access to a rich database of teaching resources, including games and crafts, to enrich your activities.

Your main role will involve supporting teachers and carers in various tasks, such as helping children with reading, writing, and counting. You’ll plan fun, interactive activities to teach basic skills and promote healthy living habits. Your involvement will significantly enhance the quality of life for children with disabilities and special needs, making a lasting difference in their early development.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno or in El Progreso, a charming village in the Highlands. Start dates are flexible, with a minimum duration of just one week. Upon arrival at San Cristobal Island Airport (SCY), you will be warmly welcomed by a member of our staff, ready to support your journey in this incredible environment.
