School project in Argentina

Our humanitarian association in Argentina is a children's leisure center located in a beautiful area outside the city. It features a small orchard and a farm with rabbits, sheep, roosters, and chickens, allowing children to become familiar with nature and animals while spending their days outdoors.

Volunteers bring additional skills or experiences that can diversify the activities offered to children at the early childhood center, broadening their horizons.

Examples of daily tasks for on-site volunteers:

Leading arts and crafts activities.
Organizing sports and games.
Participating in informal English learning activities.
Helping prepare lunch.
Cleaning before and after sessions.
Providing classroom support.
Offering personalized assistance to children.
Volunteer placement depends on the participants' skills and profiles. A phone interview and an application (CV and cover letter) will determine the volunteers' role in educational projects, ranging from childcare to organizing extracurricular activities and academic support/assistance in schools for more experienced volunteers.

Our partner NGO offers two accommodation options for volunteers:

– Youth hostel in downtown Córdoba: Shared rooms (maximum 3 people per room) with access to a rooftop with a barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen for volunteers to prepare their meals. The hostel also offers internet access and a bar.

– Host family: Volunteers will be housed in a private room with half-board. Expect an additional cost of approximately 50 euros per week for accommodation with a host family.
